The first and most important thing you should know about me is that I am an avid animal lover, dogs more specifically. It is my dream to someday open a non profit senior dog rescue and placement service. I currently have 2 dogs. Im especially fond of Corgis . SO, if you are a dog lover, I’m definitely the realtor for you!
I was raised in Billerica, MA with one younger brother. As a child, I had aspirations of being a performer. My parents will tell you that my dream job as a child was to be a trapeze artist in the circus. I never quite achieved that goal however , I did spent most of my young adult life acting, singing and dancing in front of many audiences, some which include Walt Disney World, Sesame Street Live and various other theatre companies. Never in a million years did I think I would stumble into the real estate industry, but you can’t always predict where you’ll end up. One night I was waiting tables to make ends meet at a very reputable restaurant in my community. Ironically a group of realtors sat down in my section. After the meal one of them said to me, “You’ve taken such great care of us tonight, with your people skills and attention to detail you should think about real estate as a career!” That is how my career began! About 6 months later I quit my waitressing job and have been practicing real estate full time ever since.
As my career advanced, I found my stride working with not only sellers, commercial and residential but also buyers and the most rewarding, first time home buyers. I pride myself on the qualities that began my career, people skills, attention to detail and others that I’ve gained throughout the years. I am a skilled negotiator, I am knowledgeable about the current market trends in my area, I am thorough throughout the transaction process, but above all, I am responsive and available. I have had so many people tell me, “Well my agent is good, but he/she never returns my calls”, or “I feel like I’m bothering her/him.” Being available is crucial, especially to someone who is uneasy about the process. I am never bothered by my clients.
As a young girl I never thought I would find passion in anything other than performing, but I have. I love my job and it shows. There is nothing more rewarding than the smile on the face of someone who has just had an offer accepted on their dream home, or alternatively, the smile on a seller’s face when they receive an amazing offer on their home. THAT is why I do this.
Bottom line…
I will always aim to provide the highest level of service to my clients. I take such deep pride in helping them achieve their real estate goals! Remember, your goals are MY goals!
